Lenore Care is a family-run group of five care homes across Northumberland, Tyne & Wear, County Durham and North Yorkshire, offering personalised residential, dementia, respite and convalescent care.
We keep our homes small and independent by design, so every resident is known as an individual rather than a number — and so our team has the time to give the bespoke care and attention each person deserves.
Our Story
Lenore Care has been a family business for more than 40 years. It began with Grace’s grandmother, who cared for adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs — the same kindness and commitment that still guides us today.
In 2021, we expanded to care for older people too, growing into the group of homes we are today while holding on to the same values and standards that have always come first.
